OUR MISSION:

Apostle Greg & Pastor Donna Van Gorp ,

heard these words, February 20th 1998, as they crossed the Talmadge Memorial Bridge;

the Spirit of God said,

"I am taking you to a people whom you do not know, trapped in a bondage of a slave mentality, with a voodoo (evil) spirit, who does not know how to get along in life.

I am calling you to turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers,.." *

May 17, 2022 Apostle Greg transcended to his heavenly home. Now, Shepherdess Donna M. Van Gorp faithfully carries out this mandate with her adult children.

WHY THE NAME CHANGE?

We have recently changed our DBA (doing business as) from Harvest Time Church to The Bridge Church.

It all goes back to the roots!

When God called us to Savannah, we were crossing The Talmadge Memorial Bridge and God spoke prophetically, confirming to us, this is where we would begin our ministry.

So the bridge is a landmark in the spiritual realm to the calling in Savannah.

God spoke to us, regarding the importance of memorials as in Joshua 3 & 4.

Joshua was told to take the stones from the water that the priest stepped onto and carry them across The Jordan to establish a marking on the bank of the river for those who passed by to remember the miracle of the supernatural splitting of the water.

There are many waters in our lives that we must cross, but only with His supernatural hand is this possible.

The Bridge can represent many things in our lives, for us it reminds us of how Christ bridged the gap for all of humanity; He has made a way through His blood - The Sinless Lamb of God.

Food Pantry

Our food pantry is open the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10:30 -11:30 a.m. We count it an honor to be able to help low income families with canned goods and frozen meats.

Wednesday Night Group

We are excited to share with you the studies through the Word of God! Our small, yet dynamic groups meet on Wednesday Nights at 7:00 p.m.

Fall Savannah Awakening
